BY FAR THE BEST HUCKLEBERRY SYRUP IN THE WORLD (as far as I know). I have tried Maine, Montana and other syrups from Oregon. This is the real deal! It is made of Oregon Coastal Huckleberries and there are berries in the syrup, not just juice. This specific berry has the most flavor of any huckleberry I have ever tasted! I had some in my yard, but they were inadvertently cut down by my BFF. They are growing back, but it is a slow go. I absolutely adore this syrup and would eat it every day if I didn't worry about my sugar and cholesterol. (It doesn't have any cholesterol, but what I put it on could.) I love it on waffles, pancakes, and ice cream. You could put it on fish as a finishing glaze. I highly recommend this syrup. Thank you Blue Heron!
