We ship everything by UPS

** Important Notice - Orders received prior to 11:30 am Pacific Time will be shipped out that day. Orders after that time will be shipped out the next business day. For perishable items, such as cheese, we only ship those Monday through Wednesday so that they do not sit over a weekend during the shipping time.

Substitutions

Sometimes substitutions may be necessary.  We make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice. Also, substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.

Wine

Wine or gifts containing wine may only be sold to persons who are 21 years or older and may only be delivered to persons who are 21 years or older. If you choose to ship wine to a state that we are not permitted to ship to (see our Shipping Policy), we will substitute with a non-alcoholic selection or call us toll free at 1-800-275-0639 and let us know what we can substitute for you for the same value.
